Aim: “To bring the world to our doorstep”
East Otago High School has a well utilised library that is open every interval and lunchtime. Our book selection is, up to date and varied catering for most needs.
Students are encouraged to use the library for research, homework and reading, and as part of their study courses. Years 7 to 10 students use the library during a scheduled English classes with other subject areas booking blocks of time. Supervised homework support is also offered every lunchtime and after school on Tuesdays. Attached to the library is the video-conferencing room used for distance learning.
